What is the delivery time for your products?

Our offices are located in Toulouse, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.


Do you provide tracking information for the product?

Yes, please wait 3 days after placing your order and you will be able to track it on the website. If you have any problems, please contact us by email at aednstore@gmail.com.


Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two separate deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We're sorry about that . Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the following email address: aednstore@gmail.com . We'll send you a similar replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. International shipments sometimes take longer than expected due to customs processing. However, you can track your order and see its status at any time. We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online purchases. However, if you still wish to receive a refund, we can certainly process the payment, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the item(s) in question are not out of stock.
